Celeriac is jam-packed with iron and vitamin C. The idea is to get this vegetable to customers in the right conditions and temperatures. We are able to do this because of our three loading bays, our fully automated sorting line, automated packaging and by chilling to 1°C. Thanks to its increased capacity, our peeling line can handle the largest volumes
We mainly grow celeriac in West and East Flanders for the fresh market. Our Dutch and French branches supply celeriac for the other food industries. We supply washed, packed, peeled or cleaned celeriac, as always in every possible packaging including nets, EPS, wooden crates, cartons and big bags.
